Why You Matter

One of the things Teresa and I have been reflecting on lately is this:

No one builds something meaningful alone.

As we prepare to spend one full year in Africa, we’ve been thinking about all the people who have helped make this mission possible over the years.

Every prayer.
Every encouraging message.
Every person who has given financially.
Every person who has shared our posts or supported the vision.

It all matters.

Sometimes people think missions is only about the person who goes.

But the truth is, there are always people behind the scenes helping carry the mission forward.

There are people who pray faithfully.
People who encourage.
People who give consistently.
People who help create stability so the work can continue.

And every one of those people becomes part of the story.

As Teresa and I prepare for this next season in Kenya, we’re building a team of 100 monthly partners—people who want to help us establish the transformation center, strengthen leadership, disciple believers, and continue expanding the work into other nations in Africa.

But more than anything, this isn’t about simply raising money.

It’s about building a team of people who believe in what God is doing and want to help make long-term impact possible.

That’s why people like you matter so much.

Because real missions work is never built by one person alone.

It’s built through people coming together with one heart and one vision.

And whether you pray, encourage, give, or simply follow the journey—we want you to know that you matter more than you probably realize.

If God is asking you to become one of the 100 monthly partners helping make this mission possible, we would be honored to have you stand with us.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

As we go—you’re going with us.
