Raising up strong, Spirit-filled leaders is at the heart of what we do.
Across Africa, many pastors and leaders are called by God but have had little to no formal training. We are committed to coming alongside them— equipping, encouraging, and helping them grow in both the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Annual Leadership Conference – Migori, Kenya
Each year, we host a leadership conference in the rural region of Migori, Kenya, held at our Transformation Center.
Many of the pastors who attend have never received formal biblical training and are hungry to grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
Through these conferences:
- Strong relationships are formed
- Leaders are grounded in Scripture
- Pastors are introduced to the power of praying in the Spirit
We continue to receive testimonies from leaders whose ministries have been transformed. As they grow in revelation, their churches are also growing—both spiritually and in number.
Internet-Based Teaching
To expand our reach beyond physical gatherings, we are using technology to bring teaching directly into local communities.
Through Zoom and local internet connections, we record and distribute messages translated into local languages such as Lugandan.
This allows people who may never attend a conference or in-person meeting to:
- Receive solid biblical teaching
- Grow in their faith
- Be equipped for ministry
Expanding into Cameroon
In 2025, we held our first ministry conference in Cameroon.
We ministered in three different churches, teaching on the walk of the Spirit during a conference titled “Clothed with Power.”
During this time:
- Pastors and leaders gathered in unity
- Powerful teaching sessions were delivered
- Many experienced impartation, healing, and renewed hunger for God
We are excited about what God has begun in Cameroon and look forward to returning to continue building and strengthening leaders in the region.
Building for the Future

- A new generation walking in both truth and power
